Yet another call for college debit card transparency, this time from the Department of Education

Much of this scrutiny has come from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Government Accountability Office (GAO). Today, the Department of Education's Office of Inspector General has published a report that is sure to garner attention, both on Capitol Hill and on college campuses nationwide.
